Today, I woke up at 9:00. I was happy to sleep. From this morning, I had been nervous, because my roommate, Sayaka, and I would meet our host family. My host family is Ron and Kathy. They are so kind. We talked about ourselves. I think they are so friendly, because their faces look happy. Sometimes, I couldn't understand their talking, but they talked to me many times. I was glad. They reminded me of my parents. I thought then "I want to see my mother." Ron's family is very cheerful, so I could relax. They said to us that they want us to try to speak English even if they can't understand. The words encouraged me. Their daughter is 16 years old. She's so cute, and bright. I like her. I'm looking forward to going to their house. I'm sure we can make good memories from now on. By the way, Lunch was delicious! We ate so much food. We really had a good time.
