Cold Symptoms

I have had a sore throat since the day before yesterday. On that day, our group made cookies in tutorial. We made chocolate chips cookies in our dormitory's kitchen on the second floor. When I came in the kitchen, I began to feel sudden pain in my throat. I think the reason I have had a sore throat is that the air was dry and bad in the kitchen. I enjoyed making and eating cookies, even though I worried about my throat. Whenever I catch a cold, I generally have a sore throat and a runny nose. For me, the primary stage of a cold is a sore throat. I catch a cold under these same conditions.

During the day, I had difficulties in the first period, in my reading class, we watched 'Little Women'. When I was watching it, the tears flowed down my cheeks, but not because this story moved me. The reason the tears flowed down my cheeks was that this was the primary stage of a cold for me.I am worried whether my classmates wondered why I was crying at that time because the scene wasn't emotional. At that time, I want to eat medicine though I felt my throat was worse. I shouldn't eat any because it was class time. In Japan, we should never eat anything in class.

My brain continued to not work well. First, on the second period, my brain didn't work well in American studies. Even though I had to think about American values, my friend helped me. Second, at lunch, I ate enough food and took some medicine.In the third and fourth periods, I felt better because I took the medicine at lunch. However, unfortunately, I was very sleepy from the medicine. I also ate enough dinner and took some medicine then. Tonight I should go to bed early and I want to sleep well. I'm going to take care of myself as much as possible before I completely catch a cold.
