Spectacular Circus

I went to the Spokane Arena to watch The Shriner's Circus last Sunday. I went there by MFWI bus. I don't think I had ever seen a circus before, so it was my first time so I was excited. It cost us 10 dollars. I thought the price was moderate though I had never bought a circus’s ticket so I was happy.

When I arrived at the Spokane Arena, I was excited. There were many people in front of it. It was lively. I saw some interesting thing like a clown, a panda and a bird. I took some pictures with them. It was interesting. Inside of the Spokane Arena, people sold food such as cotton candy and toys. I liked cotton candy so I wanted to buy some cotton candy. However, I didn't buy any because I wanted to save my money. I regretted my decision because my friend told me it was different taste from Japanese cotton candy and it was very delicious. So I’m going to buy some if I find it again. I was exhilarated and looking forward to watching the circus.

The Shriner's Circus started at about 11:00 am. First, some poodles appeared on the stage. They were very cute. They performed many things. For example, they walked using their back paws like us and played on a slide. Their performance was really lovely! I have a dog so I thought I wanted my dog to perform like them. Then 3 elephants appeared. I have seen an elephant before but I had never seen one in a circus so I was very surprised and excited to watch their performance. They could sit folding their back paws and kept their tails touched each other's noses as they walked. It was fantastic. Then some pigs appeared and some people performed with the pigs. It was very good. It was over at about 1:30 pm. I enjoyed all the performances very much.

It was first time for me to watch a circus. Moreover, I could watch it in America! It was very fun. There were a lot of children watching it so if I have a child, I want to take my child to a circus and I thought I want to see it in Japan. I had a very nice time.
