My Busy Weekend

I had a lot of plans this weekend. On Friday I had a meeting about ‘Zatoichi.’ Zatoichi is a famous movie in Japan and my classmates and I, 30 of us, will perform a tap-dance from the movie at the Awards Ceremony so we have to practice a lot. We practiced for one and a half an hour in the basement of the dormitory. It was very hard for me because the movements are very fast and the music is long so I was very tired. I have to reinvigorate myself but I like to dance so I enjoyed it very much. I will practice the dance every weekend. I’ll do my best.

Last Saturday was a shopping day. I went downtown with my friends. We went to Abercrombie and Fitch to buy some clothes. I didn’t bring clothes for spring so I had to buy new clothes before spring came. I bought two t-shirts for me and one t-shirt for my brother. They were discounted! I was excited! Then I went to Bath and Bodyworks to buy some hand soap and bubble bath. I wanted to take a bubble bath because it is very fun. I like it very much. After that we had ice cream at the food court at the mall. I had a cookies and cream cone. American ice cream is very good. It makes me happy. After we returned to our house, I took a bubble bath. I enjoyed it very much. Then my friends and RA watched the DVD Saw 3 but I don’t like horror movies so I didn’t watch it at all. This day I bought many things so I was satisfied.

Last Sunday was a shopping day too. My friends and I went to the Valley Mall. It was the first time for me. I was looking forward to it. We looked around the mall. The mall looks like Northtown mall. Then we had a rest. We had cinnamon rolls. They are popular in Japan too. I like them very much. After our rest, we went to Old Navy. This is the only shop in Spokane but I didn't want anything so I didn't buy any clothes. Then I went to a pretzel shop and I bought one. I have never had it. It was good. The shopping was very busy and I walked for a long time so I was very tired.

My weekend was busy so I was tired but I enjoyed them!
