I went to a lot of famous places on the East Coast Trip from April 9 to April14. I thought I was very lucky to have such a wonderful time. It was a very exciting trip for me. I went to Boston and Washington D.C. My favorite place in Boston was Harvard University. This was because I was excited when I was there. The university is known by the people all over the world. The University was very big and have many beautiful buildings, especially I like church and library. Then I touched the left toe of statue. It was gold and it is said if you touch it, you will be clever. I hope I'll be clever. I thought if I was boned again, I would want to go to this university! I felt the meaning of honor when I was there.
My favorite place in Washington D.C. was Lincoln Memorial. When I went up the many stairs of the memorial, I could see the big statue of Lincoln. The statue was white and big so it was a very powerful statue. The face was very seriously. Near the statue, I found a sentence "I have a dream." I have heard this sentence many times in the history class in Japan. It comes from a famous speech by Marchin Luser King. Unconsciously I took some pictures of it. Then I could see a beautiful scene, Washington Monument and water from on the Lincoln memorial. All these places in Washington D.C. were moving!
My favorite food on the trip was lobster and chocolate cheese cake. I bought lobster at the restaurant and chocolate cheese cake at the "Cheese Cake Factory". They were a little expensive but it was very delicious. I want to eat again!

By the way, actually the happiest time on this trip was when I was in the hotel. I swam in the pool in the Hillton hotel. I like to swim but I haven't swum for a long time, maybe three or four years, so I was very excited to swim!
In this trip I not only enjoyed a lot of food and things on the hotel, but also I could learn about a lot of American history. How wonderful trip it was!
