Nice Homestay

I stayed at my host family’s house from Friday to Sunday. I was looking forward to visiting my host family. My roommate and I were taken to my host family’s house by their car.

When we arrived at the house, my host family’s children and their dog and cat welcomed us. We were really happy and exited!! There are 5 people in my host family, a father, a mother, an older brother, a younger sister and the youngest sister. They were really naughty, but we enjoyed playing with them.

Next day, my host mother, host father, my roommate and I went to church to see the my host family’s friend’s wedding. I thought it is very simple compared with Japanese one, but even if it was a simple wedding , I thought every wedding ceremony will make me happy. At night, we cooked some tacos. When I get back to Japan, I will cook tacos for my family.

At the last day of my home stay, we went to a library, then we tool some pictures. I was so sad at the time. I was likely to cry, but I endured. When I arrived at my house, my classmates welcomed us. I was sad to leave my host family, but I was happy to meet my classmates again.
