♡ Happy Easter Day ♡

March 24th was Happy Easter day. I experienced this American event two times. The first time, I celebrated it with host family. The second time, I celebrated it with my groupmate in tutorial. I'm very happy to experience this event two times !! Both in homestay and in tutorial I had a nice time. According to my hostfamily and my RA, Easter Day is different from every year, so in this year earlier than last year. Some people make the Easter eggs and bunny cake on this day. In Japan we don't have Easter, so Easter was very enjoyable days for me ♡ ♡ *゜

First time, I stayed at my host family's house to celebrate Easter with them. I and my roommate helped my hostmother to make the Eater bunny cake and dye eggs. While waiting for the cake to bake, my host mother talked to us about Easter day. Next morning, we went to church, when we stayed at my host family's house first time, most of the people were older people, but there were many children at church the second time. Also, they wore fashionable clothes. It was very cute !! After that, I and roommate played the game with them. It called egg hunting ....maybe My hostfamily hid the eggs and we searched for them. According to my host family, it is a custom to play this game on Eater day. Spending time with my hostfamily on Easter day was so good for me ♡ ♡ *゜

Second time, I celebrated Easter was in tutorial with my groupmates, we made some cookies. The cookies were very cute, and the shape of heart. While baking the cookies, we made a bag to put Eater eggs into. After that, we hunted for Easter eggs. As it got dark, we couldn't find eggs easily, so took a long times to find them. After we found the all of eggs, we ate the cookies which we made. They tasted very delicious !! I thought that Easter day is very good event, and the event taught me a lot about American culture. I was excited !! I love to Eater ♡ ♡ *゜
