A capital city

I visited Washington D.C. My favorite place is the Lincoln Memorial because it was a powerful and historic place. The Lincoln's statue's tall is 19 feet, it's too big. When I visited the White House, I was impressed because I had ever watched this place in TV. I felt staying in here. I was surprised that I could see anti-BUSH person who held a anti-word's panel. It was interesting. There were many people in front of the White House. When I visited the Korean Memorial, I learned a interesting thing. I could see there were 19 solders statues. This is the reason why those statues were reflected next to the stone's wall, and we could see 38 solders. It showed the 38 north parallel because the government didn't have enough money. I supposed it's a simple reason. It was good that I heard this story to our tour guide. There were many cherry blossoms because Japanese government presented these trees for the friendship. ''National Cherry Blossom Festival'' was held in front of Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C. I prefer D.C. to Boston because D.C. was very interesting, profound and historic city. I had a wonderful time.

I live a full life now because I am blessed with the environment. There are very great people around me, so I am fortunate. There are new and nice encounter, for example teachers, my RA, host mother and advisers, but I will have to say good-bye soon. I am deeply greatful to them.
