skating

Today, I went skating with Jewel and the covington's 3F and 1F members. I was looking forward to going skating because I like winter sports. For example, to go skating and go to snowbording etc. But to go skating, was the first time, so I felt worried about it.

We went Downtown by MFWI bus. At night, it was beautiful and cool Downtown. It was different from Japanese view. We arrived at the skate place, and it looked like a shiny dome. We chose skating shoes that can fit us. I think between Japan and American is a difference. In Japan the sizes are cms, but in America it is inch. I don't know inch size , and I heard a receptionist talk. I decided on 7 inch size. We went on the ice rink, and started to skate. At first, my hand was on the wall. To slide was difficult. I got used to skating. Then......bump!!

I slipped and fell down. I hit my hand. I felt very painful , and my hand was badly swollen. When I came back home, I cooled my hand with a compress. I felt better. I'm happy to be encouraged by Jewel and Jewel's sister, my teacher, nurse, and advisor. I thought MFWI people and American people are very kind.
