Seattle Trip

Last week, I went on a Seattle trip. We left Spokane in early morning on Friday by bus. It took about five hours, so I slept a lot on the bus. For lunch, I had tacos at Taco Time. They were delicious. Then we went to Safeco Field in the afternoon. There were big pictures of Mariner's players on the wall, so I took a picture with Jojima. After that, we went shopping in downtown Seattle. It rained a little, but we went to many shops and enjoyed it very much. Then we stayed at a great hotel. There was a very big bed, so I slept comfortably.

On Saturday, I woke up at about 6:30 a.m. and had a good breakfast at the hotel. Then we went to Olympia and saw the beautiful capital. This day's lunch was a hamburger and French fries at Harmon's. I liked it very much. Next, we toured the Tacoma Art Museum and visited the Washington State History Museum. I like museums, so I enjoyed a lot of pictures there. In this evening, we took a ferry and went to Tillicum Village on Blake Island. While we were on the ferry, it rained heavily but stopped soon, and a rainbow arched over the ocean. It was very beautiful. At Tillicum Village, we ate a good meal and watched Native American dancers. It was very mysterious. After that, we left, and the night view of Seattle on the ferry was very beautiful!

On Sunday, we went to the Space Needle and had a delicious brunch. I thought I ate a lot of good meals on this trip! Then we went shopping and saw many interesting stores in Pike Place Market. I liked it there the best because there were many kinds of shops and people! On the return bus home, most all of the students were sleeping. I also slept a little and was sometimes looking out of the window. Seattle was a wonderful place. I want to go there again. In conclusion, I enjoyed Seattle very much!
