Different

Japan is formal about almost all things but America is informal. We have a uniform for anything, for example, school and company in Japan, but America does not have uniform for school. I was very surprised because I had uniform at preschool, elementary school, jounior high school, high school and university. I think that if we have a uniform, we need not choose our clothes and we have cooperation. But I think we have not to have school uniform because we must emphasize individualism and freedom. Everyone has character, so I think we must not be limited about everything. We must produce character. But a company have to have a uniform because we have to follow company principle. I think that freedom and individualism is not needed. I do not know which is right, but I think that sometimes, uniform requires, but sometimes, uniform requires not.
