Happy and Lonely

I want to write about my last weekend. Some of my friends in my dormitory had host family weekend. After I saw my friends off at my dormitory, there were only two people in my dormitory on Friday. The other friends went to Seattle or had home stay. I felt anxious about 3 day's without my other friends.

On Friday, two of us went to Commons for dinner. I missed all of my dormitory friends a little. After we ate dinner, we went to the library to study and do homework. We each studied hard. I always do homework in my room but I don't my concentrate at all. I am often distracted so it was the very important time for me. We studied until 10 pm in the library. I thought I should go to the library more often in the future. After studying, I feel lonely because there is nobody in my dormitory.

On Saturday, we went to a restaurant which is the best restaurant in Spokane according to my RA. This restaurant is near downtown. We ate eggs, potatoes, beacon, and two pieces of cinnamon French toast for a blanch. Everything was very very delicious. I thought it was the best food I have eaten since I came to America. After that, we went shopping at an antique shop near the restaurant. I was looking forward to this day because I wanted to go to this shop. I like antiques very much. This shop is one of the my RA's favorite shops. There were many antique things. There were jewelry, clothes, shoes and so on. It was very fun and I bought a very cute belt. It has become a my favorite. I wanted to come again with my dormitory friends someday.

On Sunday, we went to Valley Mall. I had a very good time there. After we came back to our dormitory, my dormitory members came back from Seattle. They were full of energy. After that, they talked me about Seattle and showed me many pictures. I thought I wanted to go to Seattle again. Suddenly, my dormitory was cheerful.

I thought it was good time for me there are only two people in my dormitory last weekend. However I thought I prefer the all of them are there.
